The Casino is a proud sponsor of Dania After Dark presented by the City of Dania Beach. Chef Johnny, who amazed the crowds with his exceptional culinary skills and homemade paella, will return to the Dania Beach Wine and Seafood Festival as a featured chef in 2024.
“How to make a simple ceviche at home”, showcasing 3 Sons Ceviche Pulpo (Octopus Ceviche) paired with our Ocean Park Pilsner. It’s a light, easy drinking and naturally carbonated German-style lager, dry-hopped with Saaz and Perle hops. This makes it pair exceptionally well with the citrus, seafood, and spice characteristics of the ceviche.

Our Parks and Recreation team will guide 20 children through an exciting 30-minute
culinary adventure, where they will have the opportunity to create a dish.
No pre-registration is required; simply visit the Parks and Recreation tent to sign up for a session time.

The City of Dania Beach is also offering complimentary parking and shuttle service from Oakwood Plaza (Big Lots) Parking Lot to City Hall and Dania Beach Casino to City Hall. These shuttles will run continuously from 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM/10:30 PM.
